Please remember when buying vintage purses there are normally minor imperfections unless these are very noticable or detract from the style or attractiveness of the item they are not normally mentioned.
LOOKING FOR PERFECTION - VINTAGE IS NOT FOR YOU!
(Mint Condition) MINT - As close to "new" as possible for its age. No problems.
(Excellent Condition) Normal wear expected for age. Any problems are not easily visible.
(Gently Used) Normal wear expected for age. Shows very minimal wear
(Used) A purse that was used everyday. Not abused.... but used, shows more noticeable wear.

This RARE 60's purse is a work of art contoured with one piece of Fedora Wool Felt; same felt that the high-end Fedora hats are made with. Only 2 designers designed these purses, Morris Moskowitz and Empress. This lush deep black Fedora wool felt purse in an Empress design. Topping off the purse is an arching tortoise Lucite handle. A very UNIQUE early 90's faux black leather with faux alligator trim. handbag by "Rossetti". Easy access storage magnetic foldouts on both the front and back. The front foldout is lined with thick black fabric 3 storage slots with an ID slot, 4 card slots and a small zippered pocket. The backside foldout has an elastic gathered pocket, a slot pocket and a mirror compartment. The large middle section has to ample sized storage areas. The two handles are shoulder length. These little purses and wallets became the rage to carry in the early 90's. With LULU Guinness starting the novelty purse look many followed suit and Rolfes was one such designer. This novelty theme purse is Rolfs "Party Girl". The purses and wallets were sold separately. The purse has a black faux leather back and black faux leather wristlet length handles. There is a clip on shoulder strap as well. The interior is lined with black fabric with numerous storage slots. The zippered wallet has a key chain and the interior has an ID/Credit cardholder.
